HEV Connectors
When high-performance and increased safety are required in EV, Amphenol PCD’s Excel|Mate connectors fulfil the challenge. HVSL Series is designed to meet AK standards for various EV applications, including power and signal interconnect solutions. Different versions are available, from 1 position to 4 positions and a rated current from 23A to 350A.

HVBI Circular Automotive Connectors
Amphenol PCD Shenzhen HVBI Circular Automotive Connectors are a high-quality, high voltage electric vehicle (EV) solution. The connectors are powered by Amphenol Radsok technology that provides high amperages in smaller spaces, high reliability, high current ratings, low mating force, and high durability.
The EMI shielded HVBI connectors utilize a push-pull high voltage interlock loop (HVIL) locking system with an audible “click” requiring no tool for unmating. These high voltage connectors are easy to install in limited spaces and are RoHS Compliant.

Excel|Mate MSD is a safe and a reliable solution for HEV servicing.
Equipped with a two-stage lever to open the HVIL circuit prior to the separation of HV contacts, it is a tool-free solution for disconnecting the internal high voltage battery pack and protecting it from short circuit. All HV conductive contact surfaces on the receptacle assembly are fingertouch safe.
Available in a scalable design with a variety of fuse ratings.

Low Voltage Rectangular Connectors light weight, multiple coding positions, 26 & 35 position low voltage available, also we provide 12 position high voltage connectors are designed to meet USCAR-2, USCAR-37 specifications. With a current carrying up to 13A, 250V and 12 position up to 800V, the LVRC connectors can be used in many hybrid and electric vehicle device applications.
